Do you ship overseas?

At present, Great Dane Wines ships within Australia only. International shipping may be considered in the future

How long will it take to get my orders?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times within Australia generally range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Wine deliveries require an adult (18+) to be present at the time of delivery.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

When will new releases be available?

New releases are limited and offered seasonally. Joining our mailing list ensures early access to upcoming wines.
