Great Dane Wines was founded by Michelin-trained chef Steffen Jensen. After decades spent in professional kitchens across Europe and Australia, the focus shifted from the plate to the vineyard — carrying with it the same discipline, sensitivity to balance, and respect for raw materials.
The wines are produced in small quantities, shaped by season and site, and guided by a chef’s understanding of how flavour, texture, and structure work together. Each release is made once, with attention given to how the wine will live at the table rather than how it performs in isolation.
Great Dane Wines reflects a continuation of that craft — a quieter, more deliberate expression of a career built on precision, now translated into wine.
