By accessing this website and placing an order with Great Dane Wines, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Legal Drinking Age

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol in Australia. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

2. Products & Availability

All wines are produced in limited quantities. Availability is subject to change without notice. Vintage variation is a natural part of wine and does not constitute a fault.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where required by law or due to availability issues.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law. Wine that has been damaged in transit must be reported promptly.

 

7. Responsible Consumption

Great Dane Wines promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol.
