Mark Matthews has been crafting wine since 1997, working across more than thirty vintages in Australia, France, New Zealand and the United States.
His experience across diverse regions and styles brings depth and precision to each vintage of Great Dane.

Jack Johnson
Jack Johnson works across vineyard and cellar, with particular expertise in filtration and wine stability.
A recipient of the Victorian Wine Show Scholarship (2024), he is currently researching the impact of reverse osmosis on wine concentration and quality.
